Welcome Maria!

We’re delighted to welcome Maria Carrasco Gigante to the Flood & Civil team as our new Senior Civil Engineer and Flood Risk Consultant.

Maria joins us with nine years’ experience delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, including highways, leisure, residential and complex mixed-use urban regeneration. Her technical strength spans the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction — and she brings a strong analytical approach to every stage of delivery.

Having had the pleasure of working with Maria previously, we know first-hand the energy, motivation and fresh perspective she brings. Her expertise and enthusiasm will be a huge asset as we continue to grow the Flood & Civil team and support our clients in developing resilient, sustainable infrastructure that positively shapes the built environment.

Maria’s arrival is an exciting milestone for us as we approach our two-year anniversary — a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and to thank all of our clients, collaborators and partners who continue to place their trust in us.
