With almost a decade specialising in sustainable drainage, flood risk, infrastructure and highways design, Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge to each and every project.

Our Director, Matt, brings over a decade of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in drainage, earthworks, and highways design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Matt has a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects from pre-planning through to construction.

Maria Carrasco Gigante
Maria is a Senior Engineer with nearly ten years’ experience in drainage, flood risk and infrastructure design across residential, education, commercial and mixed-use developments.
She plays a key role in taking projects from early concept and planning through to detailed design and construction. With strong expertise in SuDS, Maria provides technical leadership and delivers robust solutions using Civil 3D and InfoDrainage.

Jiaxi Zheng
Jiaxi joined us in our first year of business and has been transformational in setting the foundations for a strong team as we move forward. He is fast emerging as a top engineering talent, contributing significantly to our growth and success.
With a strong focus on sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) design and flood risk assessments, Jiaxi is skilled in GIS mapping, TUFLOW flood modelling, Civil3D, InfoDrainage and more.
